Please include your CV/cover letter at the beginning of your manuscript. Cover letters cannot be uploaded as separate documents.
Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format. The file you intend to upload must include the ".doc" extension to be uploaded successfully.
If your submission has multiple authors, the First Name/Last Name should be that of the corresponding author. Please list the other authors in the Notes field.
Please note that documents may take a minute or two to upload depending on the file size. After a successful upload, you will be emailed a confirmation number. If you experience any problems, please contact lawrev@law.upenn.edu
